A PRV must be installed prior to the filter. 

Filter should be changed at least annually or more frequently when rated capacity is met or flow slows. 

Note: Filters with JJ fittings come from the factory with a small tubing in the ends to protect from dust; this tubing needs to be carefully removed prior to installation; to release the tubing it is important to hold the collet fitting against the filter body with a fingernail and gently pull the tubing out; if you rip it out then it may damage the fitting and any warranty is void;
