Other Water

ARE YOU ON; Bore Water, River Water, Creek, Spring Water or Dam Water?

GREAT, you've come to the right place!

Its important you know that we’re not just going to recommend or sell you any product without first understanding whats in your water along with any  requirements you may have. To do our job correctly, this is is where we ask for more information about your specific site plus we need to understand your application, collect a water sample for testing as this will then allow us to advise the right solution. Were passionate about what we do and we want to ensure we get it right first time so we’ve outlined the process depending on your situation so its simple and easy to follow;

Need an On-site Visit & Test?

  • Arrange a site visit - Contact us to arrange an on-site visit. Once a site visit has been arranged, a Technician will arrive at your site. They will talk to you about your needs, ask you some questions, look at your setup and take photos and the water test
  • Water Test - The technician will collect the water test. You may need to assist them with access to your water supply. Most rural supply tests need to be taken from the water source, before any tanks (except rain water)
  • Needs Analysis form - The technician will complete a Needs Analysis form, this is where all the details of your site are recorded, including pump models, flow rates, a drawing of your current setup and what issues you want to resolve
  • Getting the Sample to the Lab - Depending on your location and type of test required, the Technician will either drop your sample off to a courier, or deliver it to the lab for testing
  • Review - Once your results are received, these will be reviewed alongside your Needs Analysis form to determine what equipment is recommended, where it should be placed in your system and how it should be set up
  • Quote - You will receive a quote, this will include a letter of explanation of what issues you have and how they can be resolved, a schematic diagram to give you an idea of what this will look like at your site and a quote with pricing of your recommended solution
